Receptionist

Responsible for providing a good first impression to customers as the reception is the first point of, have a good rapport with people to make them feel welcome and at ease and providing prompt service which ensures customer loyalty and satisfaction, over the telephone and face to face.

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Operates switchboard equipment in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls; determines intent of caller and makes appropriate connection
• Mail, correspondence and does accommodation and flight bookings
• Ensure client rooms, reception area and boardrooms are tidy and neat
• Attend to visitors
• Assist in preparing and serving refreshments in meetings
• Taking minutes for meetings
