Reports to: Manager Administration And Corporate Services 
Duties And Responsibilities
• Manning of the switchboard
• Routing of call to various users
• Maintain an updated office directory
• Keeping record of all incoming and outgoing mail passing through the reception
• Maintaining a log of outgoing calls
• Reception area house keeping
• Welcoming of visitors and advising the visited on time
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications, Experience And Attributes 
• Diploma/ HND Office Administration/Secretarial
• At least five years’ experience
• High level of Computer Literacy
• High level of integrity
• Good interpersonal skills
• Team player
