Key Responsibilities

Logistics and Transportation Management
Facilitate movement of exports and imports.
Routing and scheduling of trucks.
Track goods in transit.
Raise purchase requisitions manually and computing into SAP.
Raise loading instructions in liaison with Shipping and Distributing Officer.
Reconcile fuel stocks weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
Produce daily stocks report and weekly departmental reports.
Perform any other work related duties as assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

Diploma in Transport and Logistics or Supply Chain Management or full CILT.
Degree in Transport and Logistics or Supply Chain Management an added advantage.
5 ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
Qualification in Customs and Logistics or Freight Forward Practice is an added advantage.
At least 1 (one) year experience in a practical Transport and Logistics or Distribution environment.
Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to work extra hours should the need arise.
SAP Knowledge is an added advantage.
