DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the Planning and Implementation of rural roads construction and maintenance activities within the Province
• Implementing maintenance and annual targets and goals agreed with the Deputy Director Roads
• Coordinating all correspondence, circular and matters in relation to Roads Engineering Division
• Implementing construction budget and any special assignments in the Province.
• Coordination of the implementation of the current years construction programmes throughout the province
• Deal with relevant matters pertaining to the Road Engineering Division staff establishment within the province
