Job Summary

We are looking for an efficient property manager to manage the daily operations of properties, adverting vacant properties, and handle tenant relations

Duties And Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include managing financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance report
To ensure daily operations and meet financial objectives
to increase property value and satisfy tenant requirement
Attract new tenants through advertising, property viewing, and encouraging referrals
Engage tenants and run credit checks
Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements
Addressing tenant complaints and inspect vacated units.
Contract and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
Maintaining records of signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance
Report the property’s occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
Advertise vacant properties
Arranging for garbage removal, landscaping, security and other on going services and manage disputes with these service providers where appropriate

Qualifications And Experience

High School Certificate
Degree/Diploma in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred.
One year experience as a property manager or similar role
Working knowledge of property regulations
Proficiency in computers
Understand marketing and accounting principles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good customer service
Excellent communication skills
