Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Property Management qualifications
• Dealing with agreements for Residents Association
• Ensuring residents adhere to rules set out in the Association Agreement
• Establishing systems to levy fees, other payments and overhead costs
• Dealing with non-compliant residents and resole inn complaints
• Dealing with security matters, resident equipment and personnel

• Maintenance of property, recreational facilities and green areas
• Experience in property management for a large complex an added advantage
• Possess class 4 driver’s licence and aged 35 – 40 years.
