Key Responsibilities

• take responsibility for ensuring staff compliance with the organization’s program standards, funding and organisational reporting requirements
• maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• effectively oversee a multifaceted TSA Zimbabwe programme portfolio, which encompasses the development of programs and budgets, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of these programmes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Agriculture and Environmental Management, Development Studies, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or other Social Sciences
• 7 years of professional experience in NGO sector, and a proven record of successful programme or project management, designing and managing inclusive development and/or humanitarian programs in collaboration with other international partners
• Experience in project cycle management and results-based management, which includes assessment, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning as well as a comprehensive understanding of budgeting and program finance management
