Our client is seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare projects from concept through completion. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, coordinating across clinical, administrative, and technical team The successful candidate will lead planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Drive top-line growth and achieve customer volume & value objectives.
Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation to completion
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations tailored to medical operations.
Supervise site and departmental operations to optimize staff, medical equipment, and facility utilization.
Manage contractors, vendors, and healthcare consultants to ensure compliance
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, costs, a
Identify and mitigate clinical, operational, and financial risks.
Oversee variations, claims, and contractual obligations in line with healthcare regulations.
Coordinate procurement requirements with the medical procurement team to

Requirements

Degree in Construction, Project Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in healthcare or hospital project management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, medical equipment procurement,
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Demonstrated track record of building and managing new enterprises from inception to profitability
