The Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion is inviting applications to fill the post of: –
Project Manager in the Project Management Unit under the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion. This is a senior position within the Unit.

The Incumbent will be responsible for: –
Providing overall leadership to operationalize and implementation of AFDB, WB and any other programmes/projects as agreed between the Government and Development Partners. Manage the Programmes and Projects core staff, workplans and budgets. Prepare quarterly and other ad hoc programmes and projects progress reports (including associated financial reports). Develop and review monitoring and evaluation tools for regular reporting and achievements of outputs, outcomes and indicators. Prepare the Terms of Reference for the technical consultants/expects to be engaged for the programmes or projects and ensure the programmes/projects adherence to the relevant financial and procurement procedures. He/she will also ensure the timely production of monitoring and evaluation reports as per agreed timelines
