Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage projects, schedules, budgets and resources.
Supervise site teams and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
Ability to manage projects effectively.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.
Valid driver’s license.
