Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage projects, schedules, budgets and resources.
- Supervise site teams and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management.
- Ability to manage projects effectively.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
