Desired Skills and QualificationsRelevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences; Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience including experience in Programme Design and Implementation; Excellent communication skills; Previous resource mobilisation experience; Experience in using knowledge related to project design, log frame preparation; Capacity to design reporting formats as well as capable of training data collection field staff.

Please note the following strict criteria and only candidates who fulfil the criteria will be interviewed.For WOMEN only as project deal with women’s empowerment; Only multilingual Bulawayo residents will be considered; Be prepared to travel around rural Matabeleland; Be available to start work on 1 December 2018; Must have worked in the governance accountability and social programming environments and be able to engage grassroots towards the achievement of same; Must be a creative, confident, and flexible individual, able to ‘hit the ground running’ (self- starter); Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, and M&E software a non-negotiable requirement; Ability to work at a professional level and to assume responsibilities and take initiative ability to be a team player.
