VACANCY
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Procurement of goods, services and consumables including office equipment, stationery, cleaning materials, furniture and lease agreements for office accommodation, motor vehicles and premises.
•Maintenance of an up-to-date asset register.
•Ensuring compliance with the procurement code of office services.
•Sourcing quotations and evaluating tenders.
•Ensuring proper storage and distribution of goods, issuing and monitoring of stock levels and re-ordering as necessary.
•Ensuring that procurement procedures are adhered to and that all procurement documentation is properly filed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, or a related field.
•At least 3 years’ experience in procurement management.
•Experience in public sector procurement is an added advantage.
•Membership of a recognized professional body such as the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply or the Zimbabwe Institute of Purchasing and Supply is an added advantage.
