APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING FULL TIME VACANT PROCUREMENT OFFICER POST:

DEPARTMENT: Procurement
POST: Procurement Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management
Five Ordinary Level passes
A degree will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of at least 1 year

Competencies

Good professional interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent basic computer skills
Excellent report writing skills
Excellent time management skills
High personal and office organisation skills

Duties

The incumbent is responsible for:

Consolidation of college procurement plan
Procurement of goods and services according to procurement plan
Maintenance of procurement register
Management of procurement records
Compliance with PRAZ regulations

NB: Former Civil Servants should attach clearance letters from Public Service Commission.
