DUTIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sourcing quotations for goods and services.
  • Processing transport requisitions from use departments.
  • Producing monthly asset returns.
  • Sourcing fuel for Council fleet.
  • Taking minutes during accident Inquiries.
  • Receiving and issuing of expendable stores.
  • Maintain fuel register.
  • Maintenance of vehicle files.
