Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering Degree.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis ability.
  • Good understanding of production flow, machine availability, bottlenecks, WIP control & process discipline.
  • Hands-on factory presence and willingness to spend time on the shop floor
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong follow up discipline and ability to close actions.
  • Working knowledge of OEE, TPM, 5s housekeeping, downtime analysis & continuous improvement tools.
  • Computer literacy, especially Excel and basic dashboard reporting tools.
  • Discipline, Systematic, Commitment and Detail oriented and organized.
