PRINCIPAL – HILLCREST SCHOOLS 40 views

Hillcrest Schools located in Mutare, a member of the Association of Trust Schools, is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the position of Principal for Hillcrest Schools with effect from 1st January 2024.
The Principal will be a full time Head of College and also responsible for overseeing the management of the Preparatory School, the Estate and Finance department respectively. This is an incredibly exciting and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate to lead one of the ATS schools in Zimbabwe.

The potential candidate must:
• Have a relevant degree from a reputable University and at least five (5) years’ experience in independent schools at senior management level.
• Have a passion and vision to take Hillcrest Schools to the next level of success in all spheres of endeavours.
• Have excellent organizational and inter-personal skills to lead a team of dedicated senior managers, teachers and support staff.
• Be willing to engage with our local and regional community to promote our beautiful schools.
• Be development oriented and good at resource mobilization, project planning, administration and management of human resources.
• Have the appropriate disposition to maintain and develop our Christian ethosand values.
• Have the ability and drive to develop our extramural activities, especially with regards to sports, clubs and culture.
