Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling Clover products.
To communicate organizational needs ,oversee employees performance ,provide guidance, support, identify developments needs and manage the organization .
Duties And Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and implement strategies ,marketing plans and budget.
Maintain appropriate market intelligence base.
Plan and control marketing expenditure of product portfolio within the budget.
Monitor sales statistics.
Coaching reps in achieving their sales targets .
Effective sharing information to all concerned.
Ensure SOPs are followed by sales team.
Allocate delivery schedule.
Qualifications And Experience
Experience on the field to be +/- 5 years.
Must have a vast knowledge of bottom end markets
Must be computer literate.
Must have a sales background .
Must posses management skills .
