Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level guidance to the Property Services team in the region

  • Knowledge of MRI or other real estate management software is an advantage
  • Membership with REIZ or EAC is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of property management, operations, asset management, and financials
  • Ability to lead and build a team
