Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level guidance to the Property Services team in the region
- Ensure effective and proactive management of the property portfolio
- Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, space analysis, customer experience, and lease administration
- Develop and manage portfolio budgets
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability
- Foster positive relationships with tenants
- Address tenant needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations, health, and safety standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy, and financial metrics
- Develop strategies to maximize property value and organizational goals

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in asset/property management or real estate operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Property Development, or similar
- Master’s degree in Real Estate Management or Business Administration preferred
- Knowledge of MRI or other real estate management software is an advantage
- Membership with REIZ or EAC is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property management, operations, asset management, and financials
- Ability to lead and build a team
