Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Be the company’s technical representative in the implementation of investment projects.

• Prepare layout plans, architectural visual designs, BOQs, project specification, tender documents.

• Obtain timeous council approvals on the company’s projects.

• Determine project scope, tasks, goals, resource requirements for the company’s projects

• Assist in negotiations during acquisition of strategic land banks.

Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Rural and Urban planning, Real estate

• Membership with a professional body an advantage

• Minimum of 5years working experience

• A clean class 4 drivers licence
