Duties And Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
i. Developing, recommending, and implementing appropriate maintenance philosophy and strategies for the surface plant section.
ii. Improving the surface plant Asset Management System. ill. Performing life cycle cost analysis on new and existing assets.

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Diploma in Project Management.
• Diploma in Cost and Financial Management will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning or Enterprise Asset Management systems and maintenance management
• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental systems.
• At least 5 years post learnership experience in a mining environment.
