Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all pizza operations and ensure daily targets are achieved
- Maintain and improve product quality, consistency and presentation
- Develop and introduce new pizza products and limited time offers
- Manage costs, portion control, inventory and stock levels
- Lead, train and develop the pizza team
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and Foodies standards
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities and drive growth
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizza Manager or in a similar operations leadership role
- Strong knowledge of pizza production, ingredients and equipment
- Experience in menu development and product innovation
- Cost control, inventory and wastage management skills
- Excellent leadership, training and team management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
- Experience in the fast food or QSR industry is highly preferred
