Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and professional standards.
Deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and customer service.
Drive prescription growth, customer retention, and overall business performance.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the community and corporate sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, medical aid societies, and corporate clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Pharmacy.
Current and valid Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe practicing certificate.
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
Demonstrated ability to grow business, develop client relationships, and identify business opportunities.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
