Key Responsibilities
- Managing the CEO’s diary, correspondence and appointments
- Preparing and distributing minutes, reports and official communications
- Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and logistics for Chief Executive Officer
- Maintaining confidential records and filing systems
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and time-management skills
- High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
