Attributes And Qualifications

• National Diploma in Secretarial Office Management /Local Government diploma related field.
• A Social Science degree will be on added advantage
• At least two years’ experience
• Computer literate
• Good Communication skills

Duties

• Attends to all incoming and outgoing mail
• Distributes file and all mails received from the CEO
• Type and distribute CEO’s correspondence (Memo, reports etc.
• File documents and maintains various files
• Maintains and updates CEO’s diary by booking appointments and reminding of special events as well as making travel logistics bookings.
• Welcome and receive CEO’s visitors
