Key Responsibilities
- Ensure security and protection of the people and property of the organization and to uphold confidentiality of the organization
- Perform individual, vehicle and perimeter checks and keep records of all activities regarding movements of goods and people.
- Make property rounds every hour ensuring that all property doors are locked, taps are closed, lights are off and all security lights are on.
- Maintain the welfare of the security dogs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 O-Levels.
- Ages 35+.
- Certification in any related course is an added advantage
- Previous experience as a security guard or night watchman will be an advantage.
- Must be physically fit, alert and able to work night shifts.
- Must demonstrate honesty, reliability, discipline and a high level of responsibility.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- A clean criminal record is required.
