Key Responsibilities

• Support employee relations and SHEQ initiatives.
• Maintain statutory company records.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings.
• Coordinate Board and committee meetings.
• Advise on governance and compliance matters.

• Optimise inventory levels.
• Ensure availability of mining equipment and consumables.
• Develop and implement safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• MBA qualification required.
• Minimum 10 years’ mining industry experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior executive or C-suite position.
• Demonstrated experience leading mining turnaround initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years’ mining experience.
• At least 5 years in senior management.
• Experience in open-cast mining and mineral processing preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA required.
• 5-10 years’ progressive financial management experience.
• Mining or heavy industry experience essential.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ mining or mineral processing experience.
• Senior management experience required.
• Mining Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Statutory qualifications required for Mine Manager appointment.
• Minimum 10 years’ mining leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or related field.
• Experience in chrome or PGM exploration preferred.
• Knowledge of geological modelling software is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration.

• IPMZ or ZIM membership mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sociology, or related field.
• 5-10 years’ mining sector experience.
• Knowledge of EMA regulations and Mines and Minerals legislation.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Previous heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
• Open-pit mining experience advantageous.
