- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and maintenance ERP systems.
- Registration with a recognised professional engineering institution.
- BSc (Honours) Degree in Mining Engineering.
- At least 15 years of mining management experience.
- Minimum 10 years in underground mining operations.
- Full Blasting Licence.
- Experience in narrow reef mining.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of mining legislation and regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
- Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Zimbabwe or recognised equivalent).
- Blasting Certificate and valid driver’s licence.
- MBA or Project Management qualification is desirable.
