Karo Platinum Private Limited is preparing to commence mining operations on its lease in Ngezi in the coming months. As we move into the development stage, we are looking for competent and experienced professionals with proven expertise in Zimbabwe’s platinum group metals (PGMs) sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving excellence and will work with the mining contractor to optimize production, resource management and technical integration within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER

Lead and coordinate design and planning of mining operations, including long-term production scheduling.

• Mining Engineering Degree or related.

• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in PGMs long-term planning.

• Working knowledge of mine planning software packages, preferably Surpac/MineSched, Datamine.
