Key Responsibilities

• Sell advertising space and sponsorship packages across ZBC TV, Radio, and Digital platforms.
• Prospect, pitch, and secure new clients across various industries.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent account servicing.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and campaign schedules.
• Coordinate campaign delivery while ensuring compliance with broadcasting standards.
• Represent ZBC at events, activations, and exhibitions to generate new business leads.
• Follow up on client correspondence, assist with collections, and produce periodic sales reports.
• Develop innovative cross platform advertising and sponsorship concepts.
• Identify and assist in recovering lost or inactive business.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• IMM / CIM Diploma is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales.
• Driver’s Licence is a requirement.
• Knowledge of Aquira to go is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and client engagement abilities.
• Good understanding of media, advertising, and brand promotion.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
• Professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service orientation.
