We are looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position which has arisen at our Head Office in Harare.

Marketing Officer

Key Performance Areas
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibilities are as follows:-

Duties And Responsibilities

Plan and execute all marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Digital Marketing/IT related qualification will be an added advantage
As least 3 years proven working experience in marketing, particularly within the industry
Remuneration is a Total Cost to Company basis and will be disclosed to the successful candidates.
