Key Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manages day-to-day social media activities across various platforms
• Creates and schedules engaging content for social media and digital channels
• Monitors social media accounts and responds to customer inquiries and comments
• Supports the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content
• Maintains content calendars and ensures timely publication of content
• Collects and analyzes social media and marketing performance data
• Conducs market research and monitors industry trends
• Coordinates marketing events, activations, and brand awareness initiatives
• Supports lead generation and customer engagement efforts

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or a related role
• Good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and passionate about digital marketing and content creation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Photography, videography, and content editing skills are an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment
