We are looking for a creative, results-driven and passionate Marketer to promote Web Meats brand, our premium meat products (Beef, Pork, Mutton, Chickens) and our Butchery Outlets across Zimbabwe. You will be responsible for building our brand, increasing sales, growing customer loyalty and positioning Web Meats as the trusted choice from farm to table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Web Meats products and butchery outlets.
  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement across all channels (digital, print, radio, outdoor, in-store, events).
  • Promote and market our products: Beef, Pork, Mutton and Chickens to different customer segments.
  • Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, activations and community outreach programs.
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content and grow our online presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with sales, operations and butchery teams to achieve sales and brand growth targets.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing (social media, email marketing, online ads, analytics).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for the meat industry and customer service.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Canva, basic design or video editing is an advantage).
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
  • Professional marketing qualification (CIM, IMMZ, IDMZ or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, meat, food retail or agricultural industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in promoting products through multiple channels in the Zimbabwean market.
