Job Title: Manager – Operations Reports to Director Operations & Marketing

About the Role
The role is positioned to lead the implementation and oversight of comprehensive road safety programs. This role ensures adherence to local regulations, policies, and ESG objectives while aligning with national road safety strategies. The successful candidate will provide leadership to cross-functional teams and collaborate with government agencies, engineering teams, and community stakeholders to drive a unified safety agenda.

Key Responsibilities
I. Develop and manage marketing campaigns aligned with corporate strategy.
II. Generate third-stream income through new products and services.
III. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and organize forums.
IV. Manage media relations and coordinate press releases.
V. Develop internal and external communication strategies.
VI. Oversee social media and website content management.
VII. Design and supervise research projects and methodologies.
VIII. Analyze crash data and performance metrics to inform interventions.
IX. Coordinate road safety inspections and ensure ISO compliance.
X. Develop compliance protocols and investigate non-compliance issues.
XI. Coordinate procurement of promotional materials and coordinate national programmes.
XII. Consolidate operational reports and draft policy documents.

Qualifications & Experience
I. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
II. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in road safety or public sector.
III. Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
IV. Excellent communication and media management capabilities.
