Key Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of buildings, facilities, and grounds

Coordinate and execute repairs, renovations, and scheduled maintenance

Ensure all infrastructure is safe, compliant, and fully operational

Conduct regular facility inspections and address functional issues
-
Plan, manage, and close out small-to-medium-scale maintenance projects
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the daily operations of the facility
-
Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions

Uphold all health and safety standards across building operations
Qualifications & Experience
-
Qualification in Plumbing (essential)

Certificate in Electricals (added advantage)

Sound knowledge of building maintenance procedures, tools, and safety protocols

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

Physically fit, self-motivated, and hardworking with attention to detail

Prior experience in facility maintenance or a similar environment is highly desirable
