Croco Motors is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Maintenance Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance operations across our facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, facilities, and grounds

• Coordinate and execute repairs, renovations, and scheduled maintenance

• Ensure all infrastructure is safe, compliant, and fully operational

• Conduct regular facility inspections and address functional issues

• Plan, manage, and close out small-to-medium-scale maintenance projects

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the daily operations of the facility

• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions

• Uphold all health and safety standards across building operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in Plumbing (essential)

• Certificate in Electricals (added advantage)

• Sound knowledge of building maintenance procedures, tools, and safety protocols

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

• Physically fit, self-motivated, and hardworking with attention to detail

• Prior experience in facility maintenance or a similar environment is highly desirable
