Key Responsibilities
- Manage and recover overdue and non-performing loans.
- Engage clients, guarantors and other stakeholders to secure repayments.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and settlements with defaulting borrowers.
- Conduct field visits, skip tracing and investigations on delinquent accounts.
- Initiate and monitor legal recovery processes where necessary.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and prepare recovery reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Risk Management, Law, Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in recoveries, collections, credit control, microfinance, banking, or related financial services.
- Experience in legal recoveries and debt collection will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Zimbabwean lending and debt recovery practices.
