Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Legal Officer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing audit reports,investigating discrepancies,and prosecuting accused individuals or entities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1.Review and analyze audit reports to identify discrepancies and potential legal issues.
2.Conduct investigations into alleged misconduct or irregularities.
3.Prosecute accused individuals or entities in various forums(internal,external,or judicial).
4.Ensure compliance with relevant laws,regulations,and company policies.
5.Identify and mitigate potential risks.
6.Liase with auditors,investigators,and other stakeholders.
7.Mantain accurate and up-to-date records of investigations and prosecutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
1.Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent.
2.Experience in litigation, investigation,or compliance.
3.Strong analytical and communication skills.
4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word,Excel,and PowerPoint).
6.Familiarity with legal research and drafting
