Job Description
The legal Graduate Trainee position offers recent law graduates the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience. This role is designed to provide practical training, mentoring, and exposure to the legal field helping candidates transition from academic studies to professional practice. Ideal candidates are proactive, eager to learn and committed to building a successful career in law.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Conducting due diligence
2.Reviewing and drafting agreements
3.Supporting contract administration
4.Draft legal documents, pleadings and contracts.
5.Providing internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
6.Maintan and organize legal files and documents.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree
One-year relevant industrial attachment experience
Basic understanding of legal principles and the Zimbabwean Legal System
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research, writing and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively as part of the team
A proactive attitude with willingness to learn
