The University seeks to recruit applicants with the requisite qualifications, skills and experience
for the following posts in the Graduate School of Business: –
Applicants must be able to teach face-to-face and/or online, any one of the following modules offered
at Master’s Level.
Marketing Management [1 Post]
Applicants must possess a minimum of an earned Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Business
Management (DBM) Degree with a bias toward Marketing Management, Digital Marketing,
Strategic Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management. Applicants with a 2.1 or better at
the undergraduate level will have an added advantage. In addition, they must have at least two years
experience in teaching in an institution of higher learning with a minimum of two publications in
refereed journals in areas related to Marketing Management, Digital Marketing and Strategic
Marketing Management. The successful candidate will be expected to provide academic leadership
and guide the School in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, business development and
organizational effectiveness. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to supervise
postgraduate dissertations. Applications from holders of an MSc/MCom Degree in Marketing
Management, Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management or
are PhD candidates in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing Management
or Supply Chain Management, awaiting graduation and with at least five years’ post-qualification
industry/commerce experience will also be considered.
