Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Accounting / Accounting and Finance from a recognized University
  • Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting/ Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting and Finance/ Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Passes in at least five Ordinary Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
  • Considerable one (1) year university teaching experience
  • PhD in Accounting and at least one (1) publication in referred journals will be an added advantage
  • Ability to teach Financial Reporting, Advanced Financial Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Management & Cost Accounting and any other modules as assigned by the Departmental board

About the Company

Gwanda State University is a state higher education institution that is in Insiza district, Zimbabwe. The university is temporarily at the former Epoch Mine in Insiza district whilst construction takes place.
