Knowledge Management Officer: TSURO Trust

TSURO Trust is a community-based organization in Chimanimani District.

Applicants should possess the following prerequisites

A Social Science Degree in Development Studies, Disaster Management, Research and Statistics or any other related discipline; A Master’s Degree is an added advantage; At least 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by CBOs / Local NGOs / International NGOs; Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports; Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software; Experience in analysing data using qualitative and quantitative data analysis software; Strong training and facilitation skills; Experience in pedagogics / andragogics; A clean class 4 driver’s licence; An extrovert, results-driven, team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills and an attitude compatible with organizational culture of community empowerment; Fluency in written and spoken English and Shona languages
