This role is central to driving growth and profitability by managing strategic relationships with the company’s most important clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandise management, campaign activation, and product launches, ensuring that products are competitively positioned in the market while fostering long-term partnerships aligned with the organization’s growth trajectory.The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line growth and achieve customer volume & value objectives.
  • Lead and manage healthcare projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations tailored to medical operations.
  • Supervise site and departmental operations to optimize staff, medical equipment, and facility utilization.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and healthcare consultants to ensure compliance
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, costs, a

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in merchandise management and campaign activation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch products successfully into competitive markets.
  • Experience working with large retail chains, distributors, and wholesalers
