Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing assistance, support, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled efficiently
Track and monitor client interactions
Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide relevant insights to clients
Can work under pressure

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management related degree
Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
