Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, printers, and network equipment.
- Provide first-line technical support to Council staff across departments.
- Monitor and maintain Council networks, internet connectivity, email systems, and user accounts.
- Troubleshoot ICT faults and ensure timely resolution of system challenges.
- Ensure data security through routine backups, antivirus management, and adherence to ICT policies.
- Maintain and update ICT asset registers and documentation.
- Assist in ICT procurement, system upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
