• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the project technology requirements.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholders, teams, resources and processes and to deliver projects on time, within budget and within the desired outcomes aligned to set strategic objectives.
• Interface internal and external project key stakeholders on all IT Projects Delivery related matters.
• Coordinate internal resources and external third parties’/vendors/ service providers/ partners for the flawless execution of multiple IT Projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Manage Projects risk and complexity to minimize threats/ uncertainties for successful delivery of IT Projects.
• Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management, when necessary, with recommended solutions.
• Identify resource needs and work with department heads to allocate team members and other resources to projects.
• Track and manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Track and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes against predefined KPIs and objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Reports project/program status & risk regularly to the stakeholders, and leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Technology, Project Management, Business Administration or related degree.
• Relevant Project Management Certification preferably PMP, PRINCE2 or AGILE Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certificate is advantageous
• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery and management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
• Experience in IT Support, IT Service Delivery, IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Relationship Management, IT Systems Integrations. Systems Implementation in a medium to big organization.
• Experience in managing systems, performance and implementing systems, delivering new solutions, products and services in an IT environment.
