Key Responsibilities

• Leading the IT function within a complex FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Managing, optimising, and supporting enterprise-wide ERP systems.
• Driving ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Designing and implementing AI-driven business solutions to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and automation.
• Aligning IT strategy with business and manufacturing objectives.
• Ensuring systems reliability, cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Managing IT vendors, budgets, and internal teams.
• Providing strategic leadership on digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT Manager within large FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems, including full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of AI technologies and hands-on experience implementing AI-based business solutions.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, production processes, and supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
