Key Responsibilities

• Assists in providing day-to-day IT support to users and departments
• Supports the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software
• Assists in maintaining networks, printers, and other IT equipment
• Creates and edits graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and company communications
• Supports the development of promotional materials, presentations, and digital content
• Maintains digital files, design assets, and IT documentation
• Updates website and social media content as directed
• Monitors and reports IT issues, system performance, and user requirements
• Provides administrative support for IT and design-related projects
• Ensures compliance with company branding and IT policies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT support, graphic design, or a related role
• Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Canva
• Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of photography, videography, website management, or video editing is an added advantage
• Proactive, innovative, and willing to learn new technologies and design techniques
