Position Overview

Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium (MSF-Belgium) is seeking a proactive and technically skilled ICT Supervisor to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of IT systems and communications infrastructure across its Zimbabwe mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze ICT needs and design strategies aligned with MSF standards

• Install, maintain, and monitor ICT systems and hardware

• Provide user support, training, and helpdesk services

• Ensure ICT security protocols (backups, anti-malware, patching, firewalls)

• Manage local networks (wired & wireless), hardware deployment, and server health

• Offer technical advice on ICT purchases and monitor vendor services

• Prepare regular reports on ICT operations and system performance

• Maintain asset inventories and organize user trainings

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Information Systems, ICT, or a related discipline

• Advanced expertise in networking and software systems

• Proven digital literacy, helpdesk, and user support capabilities

• NGO experience with multicultural teams is highly desirable

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); local languages are an asset
